I would say able to make conversation. If a feminine man can talk to a woman and make her laugh, I think he still get a good shot in dating.

Metrosexuals are not lacking for dates.

There are so many things that could reduce attraction, but personally I loathe guys who are full of self pity, lazy, unadventurous, uptight, no sense of humour & guys who are followers and can't think for themselves. I could go on, but this will do for now
