That is his opinion. And?? Some men love big boobs some don't.
Personally I think when a woman goes too big and it looks like the skin is so stretched it is like a plastic balloon ready to explode than it was a bad job and not pretty. Pretty impressive maybe but not pretty.
I feel that if a guy dislikes implants, he SHOULD NOT get them.
