4- a picture of you from at least the knees up, but not too far away so that your face is easy to see. This because most people will want to see what your weight is like.
Clear photo of your face, without sunglasses, and a picture showing teeth. Body shots don't hurt, either.

Here's the thing. I'm a pretty fit guy, 6 foot 2 and about 200 or 205 pounds.
Problem is when I smile with teeth it makes my cheeks look a little chubbie. People have told me that lol.
So best options, is what you both say. But not with a full on smile I think. A happy look on my face, but not a full on smile.
Full body shot - flattering, genuine, and recent. Look relaxed and not tired, or having hangover.
Look ahead, and smile with your eyes, without flashing your teeth.
Wear something decent, but don't overdress. Look clean cut.
