I'm in a long-distance relationship, which is totally new for me and the girl I'm involved with. She's recently started worrying about things changing, things being weird, and even a loss of interest or enthusiasm. This isn't the case and I just told her that, but in an awkward twist it's suddenly making me worry if I'm doing something wrong to have her feeling this way. I think we need a heart-to-heart honesty session of some kind, because I've gone from providing reassurance to feeling like I'm the one who needs it. =/ If she's worrying about things, how is it NOT my fault?

Advice appreciated.

She has very valid reasons. In most long distant relationships, interest and enthusiasm does wane over time when there's lack of constant physical intimacy involved, otherwise its doomed to fail.

She's gonna need constant reassurance, you'll get tired of it. Then it'll end.

Is this a short term long distance or for the foreseeable future? If it's long term, end it, it's not real.
