Legally, you are most likely protected from felony conviction or sex offender registration by the so-called "Romeo and Juliet" laws that exist in most states. Depending on your state, you could still get charged with a misdemeanor if her parents find out and press charges.
However, it is a bad idea for you to be groping her in the girls' bathroom at school, and you need to knock that off. You could get suspended for exposing yourselves. You also need to use protection every single time you have sex, which it sounds like is inevitable here.
You need to be very careful. You’re 18 and she’s underage. If you get caught having sex you could end up listed as a sex offender from what’s known as “statutory rape.”
I would say it’s in your best interest as an adult to also date an adult or as close to one as possible.
