Late 40s is too old to have kids. Do you want to be raising teenagers in your 60s?

Late 40s is extremely unlikely to become pregnant, and certainly can't count on it happening.

Too old. Find a partner who already has kid or foster.

it's kind of late to have children but you can remarry for sure and get a great little dog or horse.

You guys do realize the OP started this thread in 2008? Too bad she never came back to update us on what happened.

It is not late for you to have a family BUT it might not be the one with the husband and children...it can be the one with you and a child but the man..who knows how long that could take. There are many single women who are raising children on their own because they too were waiting for the husband to go along with the kids but it didn't happen in that order.
It is not too late for you or anyone who want to have a family.
