That's been my luck thus far.

I always think of the poem about people coming into your life, for a reason, season and lifetime. I beleive my ex of 6 years was my reason and season and though I hoped he would be my lifetime, God didnt have that plan for him (he died). So just be open minded and ready for what life has in store for you
I also beleive what you put out into the universe is what you will get back so if you think positive, though you may not end up getting back together but you may gain a friend for life

If you were he's lover and you were the cause of their break-up, what makes you think that he wants you back. If he did he would of contacted you after the divorce.

What planet do some of you live on? The op mentions she was the one to grass him up to wifeypoo, I don't think he'd be so charitable. Cliches and all that sound good on paper but not in real life.

As it's been STATED...she has NOTHING to lose....she either gains him back or closure.
Why so argumentative?

Well, here's an interesting statistic: You miss 100% of all the chances you don't take.

Thank you all who responded, it sounded like a good idea at the time but I will not make a move right now. I was not very nice towards the end and looks like if I had not called her to tell her they would not be divorced.
