OK fine, so somewhere between 2/3 and 3/4 of divorces are filed by women. You make it sound like all these women are filing for divorce just to get the house, yacht and Rolls. One of my friends filed for divorce so she wouldn't get the crap beat out of her any more. Another filed to keep her child porn addicted husband away from their child. Neither of these guys had a reason to file for divorce, they were fine with the way things were in the marriage. Anyway, I'm not commenting on this issue anymore because it's not the topic of this thread.

i can tell there is a lot of pain and anguish in this response. i know its hard to believe but women do stuff to guys too.evil is without gender.
this does not change the fact somebody really hurt your friends. i regret this greatly and that my post made you remember these events.

My parents were married for 65 years. They loved, respected and took care of each other in their own ways the best they could. I can only recall one "fight". I was a small child and have no idea what it was about, but I remember my mom throwing a pan across the room at him as he left the house. *LOL* Normally, they each had a good sense of humor and kidded each other incessantly. They celebrated their anniversary on the 25th of every month.

My late wife quizzed my mom once about their sex life. He was 80 or so and Mom was a few years younger. She said she still liked it, but not as often as he did. *LOL*

(And I'd always thought they only had sex four times -- once for each of us kids.)
