well i hate to ruin a good mystery but sifuphil is fine and for the moment living in reality. he sends his best to all and i'm sure he'll back...what's the saying..."like a bad penny" never did understand that.

I guess because I sell real estate,so I am used to asking questions looking for answers, like I can't put a property up on the market just because someone says it belongs to them. I would do a title search, property seach,credit search.If it's not theirs and if the real one knows about it,they can get a lawyer and sue me. I am not snooping but just wondering when someone usually is here is not posting for a long long time,it's normal

How do you know when a good penny goes bad? And, can nickels and dimes go bad by themselves or do they only go bad as a pair? These are the answers SifuPhil would have had and if he never comes back, then we'll never know.
