A friend from California got into a near fatal accident a few years back and was seriously injured. His girlfriend at the time, fearing he will never be the same person packed up her things and left him
for another guy (cold hearted wench <------ yes, I used this again).
My friend made a speedy recovery and sued the responsible people, got a settlement and is doing just fine.
Now the wench wants a piece of his settlement claiming she spent a year of her life "going through hell with him" which is totally untrue. All this wench wanted was just to be treated like a queen bee, be bought gifts and such.
My friend told me she ain't geting anythig out of him while his parents tell him to give her a few thousands and get rid of the wench forever.
What do you guys think?

Has she filed a civil suit against him or is she just extending a beggars palm?

She wanted nothing to do with him when she thought he was in a bad way.... If I were him, I would have nothing to do with her ever again.

He was worth nothing to her... until there was money involved.

That is wrong and it shows what kind of person that wench is..

I also think his parents advice is wrong...

In fact her case is with HIS attorney. She should have been named in the original action.
