Depends... are they "real" questions (good), or questions out of some business networking or "Dating for Dummies" book (bad)?

And do they allow back-and-forth conversations to develop from the questions (good), or just nod and move on to the next inquiry (bad)?

Personally, I'm flattered when someone really wants to get to know me.
