I'm sitting here on my computer listening to slow jams by various artist, and I thought to myself "all I really listen to is love ballads". You know like; Boys 2 Men, Maxwell, Avant, Heart, Freddie Jackson, Luther, etc... I wonder why? Now I know what must of you will say but as I listen to the music I'm always deep in thought about something hurtful. Can what music you listen to affect your state of mind? Am I the only one that does this?

Well, love ballads are rarely uplifting. They could be OK if you don't listen to the lyrics. Many times I prefer listening to music in a language I don't understand even if I could listen to the very same type of music in a language I know - so much better!

Christ. Not "the hoff" for *bleeps* sake. It's mean I know, but that guy needs to just slip into obscurity quietly, the chuckle factor from that guy has gone into the "my god why?!" pity zone now.

Yanno, I just love that video. I unabashedly admit it. Stupid, yeah. Totally goofball and lame. Thanks for reminding me of it.
