Is this the same son who lost all of his jobs and is married but his girlfriend who had his baby took off to live with her crackhead family?.....sure, go for it sounds like a great and stable situation.

I thought your wife just got a new job not long ago with a pay increase and the two of you were considering moving there?

sounds like she has lost her mind .what happens to her babysitting job if little miss hot pants hits the road and there is not a child to babysit? I know she is seeing it from a grandmas point of view but she needs to see it from a common sense point of view.Hold to your guns Hillman!!!!

Working for family is hard no matter what. I would not do it just based on that. Who needs the stress?

1. Job babysitting for Son.

2. Son "was going to" but 10 acres with a Trailer.
- Does this mean you will be using the trailer exclusive to yourselves?
- Rent Free?

3. Pay his Mom wages she is making now
- At those wages, how many hours per day; days per week is she working?
- Any days off, and vacation explicitly stated?
- Does the baby sitting includes driving the kid around to doctor's appointment, school, school activities, cooking, and house keeping?

4. When she is no longer needed Babysitting put her to work in the office.
- What kinds of job is expected of her in the office?

Let's not forget healthcare. A question springs to mind and that is if he can afford to pay his mother this kind of money then why can't he afford to support the girlfriend to stay at home with the baby?

My family all worked together...then all hell broke loose and we all ended up in the same industry, but competitors. It was every man for himself. It made for some interesting meetings with potetial clients with us all sitting around the same table.

This Son makes good money and has 5 Sons.I don't know why he wants us to move down there but we really don't want to.

We would have to pay him Rent.We have never paid Rent.Don't know how many hours it would be.

My wife hasn't gotten the other Job she is trying to get yet.If she does we will be moving to our other place. She took an Ad out today trying to get her own business going.

We're not going to move there.

5 sons? Whew...That would be enough to keep me away too.
Good luck and I hope that she can get something going!
