Haha! That guy cracks me up...see what a few months of bed rest will do to a person??? When I was bed bound I watched more television than I could in 3 lives...it was terrible but now I know who Tim is!

Ever since I first discovered it, the Net has been my preferred entertainment. I watched enough TV as a kid, and very little on it now appeals to me.

In fact, I get a very basic cable package here - 17 channels, of which 3 are shopping networks, 2 are channel listings, 1 is religious, 1 is MSNBC, 9 are local channels and the last - NatGeo - is really the only one I watch.

The internet is far more interesting...I love the History Channel and BBC...other than that, not much else is viewed...the internet is sort of like an endless encyclopedia!

...and some sites are more like never-ending comic books.
