She said its something to do with every 99 yrs., the moon, and gravity alignment or something.
Ha, I did it, too! Freaky! I made Chow get out of bed to come look at it!
At first I thought it was some kind of witch joke she was going to tell you! "Go get your broom."

I don't know. She wasn't revealing a lot of skin or anything, aside from her miniskirt!

I called my MIL, and she about fell over, when she got her broom to stand.
Do we do it with the bristles side down - as if we were sweeping?

We're trying it now.

So did I. I thought,"ok...I`m ready for this one...the day after Halloween and all".....
What did Chow say when he saw your broom standing by itself? Something like..."You woke me up for this?"

Ha, that's how I did it. If it works the other way, I'll really get wigged out! You do have to balance it first, like yankee said. I started to feel like a fool for even trying, but after a couple of seconds, it worked.

Chow says he's getting nervous with all of us "broads" getting our brooms. He says it's like something out of that movie Practical Magic! LOL!

Poor Chow...I am done with my broomstick for this year...I am going to the All Saints Day Service this evening so hopefully that will help rid me of my evil ways! Nothing like paying homage to saints and martyrs to get rid of thine evil ways

Yes, it went something like this:

"(Chow!) Come here! Look at this!"

"What?"

"Just come look!"

"What for?"

"Just come here! Hurry!"

"What is it?"........

You get the idea. His response was basically, "WTF?"
