I used to have dial-up many lustrums ago. Then I switched to DSL. Unlimited access, I can watch videos, download anything. But for some reason my connection was very slow tonight. My computer is or was doing something in the background and freezing up. I got the DAP because when I would download some things, they would take up to 6 minutes. I was like, what the heck, that's too long. So I got it and I was happy with the newer speeds.

I almost strictly only waste time on here when I am working. When I'm not I prefer to enjoy real life. Some people feel you should be more "connected" when you have the internet however, I feel with the internet you are in fact more attempting to feel social and like you are using your time in a meaningful manner. The fact of the matter is that unless you actually make money while you're online, like a job, you are usually wasting time. Then again how you use your time in a meaningful manner is relative to the individual.

Yeah tipsy is probably a more correct word for me. Let's see...the only true drunken state I remember, in recent years....was at a girlfriends house, about oh, maybe 3 or 4 years ago. She and I damn near polished off a bottle of vodka...we were trying to make the perfect appletinis, if I remember correctly. She was far worse than me...I walked her around the neighborhood to try and sober us both up a bit...but I think we were too far gone. I slept on her sofa and she fell asleep in the floor.
