What are some of the lamest excuses you've heard. For intance a woman found out her husband was cheating on her. When she confronted him he said to her: "Honey, I had sex with her, but I make love to you."
My ex told me that there were two parts of him: the guy I knew and an animal. It was the animal with its instinct that cheated and he was, therefore, not responsible.
This thread reminds me of the Eminem song where he says he asks his girlfriend who he caught cheating if she tripped and fell and landed on the guys d$&@ Now there's an excuse. Sorry honey, I'm just clumsy!
