Just for kicks I have been looking around on the net at profiles of single women in my area. To my surprise, I have found that quite a few of these highly attractive women to be bisexual. lol, I'm a typical guy in that it just never crosses my mind that a gorgeous woman could be gay.
So my question is, if a women is bisexual, should that be automatic grounds to reduce her to a *friends only* status being that I only believe in heterosexual relationships? I mean, that's a whole new can of worms if your consort has "different" sexual proclivities.
Also, is it true that the majority of women who date women have a disdain for males in general?
It wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, I've dated bisexual women before. The relationship dynamics weren't any different than any other women I've dated. I never sensed they had any disdain for males, just a natural attraction to other women. I'll bet if most bi women never told you they were bi you'd never know or suspect it.
IMO, anyone who proclaims themselves to be bisexual on a dating website is indicating that they are not looking for a committed relationship for whatever reason.

it isn't like santa claus. bisexuals exist independent of your beliefs.
but..uh.. yeah I've noticed the same thing. lots of attractive bisexual women with dating profiles that just scream: "I am damaged goods."
Women don't look at being Bi, the way Guys do, and they never have. Guys are brought up believing that having sex with another guy is about as bad as it gets. Gals on the other hand, just like to hug and kiss whomever they please. Look at some of the ugly guys out there, that some poor Gal must sleep with. do you blame them?

There are ugly females as well.
There are straight women who find it disgusting to sleep with another woman, let alone kiss one.
A real straight woman prefers male bodies over female ones any day, if not, she is not straight.
In this day and age though women are social conditioned to find other women sexually attractive.
I think its a think people put in there for hot points. Everyone is bisexual to a degree. There are studies on this. Just because you are bi does not mean you are of some different land where some other set of rules apply. Its really up to the person like anyone else. And no, just because you are a gay chick does not mean you hate all men. You just don't want to make out with them. Its pretty simple like that.
Although I can look into a crowd and see what men are more (gulp) handsome then others, I can assure you (and I can only speak for myself) that I'm NOT bisexual; to any degree. IMO, you're either gay or you're not.
