Point two is entirely true.
So maybe 95% of Type 1 civilizations obliterate themselves before being able to reach Type 2? Hmmmm.....good thought.

I think "unlearned douchebags" vs "decent-enough dudes" would be all encompassing and would require no real addendum.

My analysis doesn't apply just to DC. It's mostly societal and apples to everywhere, particularly in this country.

I think it's true that some dudes may act 'beta' but be more 'alpha' on the inside, and visa versa. You could say the same for women, as far as it goes. Two things, though:

1) I don't really see how pop culture has much, if anything, to do with it.
2) I think it's generally true that the situational differences in any one individual's behavior are underestimated. We all wear different hats at different times, sometimes intentionally, sometimes not. We have tendencies, but they are not absolutes.

Success with women comes down to 95% social skills and about 80% motivation. I dont believe in all these classifications...alpha, beta, gamma. I think a lot of those terms were invented by marketers to sell guys "Solutions" to their problem (Are you a beta male, well buy my product to improve your confidence!). And they were invented by the media, because they need something to talk about.

-But all these alphas and gammas....they have about the same looks, same height plus or minus a few inches, similar backgrounds. You shouldn't need so many distinct classifications for guys that are basically similar.

-Social skills is where the difference starts.

-And 80% of it is probably your own motivation.

I would classify as an apathetic...and damn proud of it!

Hate to burst your bubble, but your threads on this forum say otherwise. . .

And since when was being apathetic something to be proud about? Apathetic people are like dust in the wind. . . how can life have meaning when one does not care about anything?
