Hey I did 1 hour and 10 min on your favorite machine last night. Looked like I had just climbed out of a swimming pool when I was done.

It's my new favourite machine. But of course, the stepmill is always number 1.

It combines 3 types of movements in one, vertical, elliptical and full leaping in one machine and of varying amplitudes that it kicks bum for a great cardio workout. It sweats me as much as the stepmill

This is also a machine I have recommended for Mrs Chamataka!

Oh yeah, I've used that one. They have them at the other gym (I go to two different locations). I like it alright, but at that gym I'm usually doing weights and stuff...not cardio. I really have a love/hate relationship with the stepmill though.

That picture sparks a memory for me.

It was about a half mile or so through a once worn but now grown over trail. I arrived at this beautiful remote pond. The water's surface was a dead calm mirror like surface. The kind Bass Fishermen love. There was reflections on the water surface from the hill of thick oak trees to the north. It's about 60 degrees outside and the water still is warm. The warm water mist rising up distorted the reflections of the tree line. The only ripple in the water comes from an old crusty Fisherman casting a surface lure. The ripples roll towards the shore line causing curious Turtles to pop up their heads for a look see.

The Bullfrogs are grunting and groaning which seems to echo in the quiet. Everything is so beautiful under the morning Texas sunrise. Some fish eating birds cautiously quietly step through the shallows stalking the small Minnows who find safety there from predator fish. The big Bass occasionally break the silence as they smash the surface to relieve some poor injured injured Minnow if its misery.

There is silence here. But the silence is a noisy silence. This is nature at it's finest. Here in the wild there is Predator and Prey who struggle for survival. And death is as natural as life.
