It will be appealed and she won't win. It's ridiculous. The married person is the one with the commitment, not the mistress. Maybe if she had been a better wife, her husband would not have stepped out on her.

Yeh right. That is what cheater say to get away with their BS. People cheat because of them. Not because of the person they are with.
