My mom always told me not to make friends with the first person that gloms on to you at work or school, BC they are usually the losers. I guess she never heard that and will just have to learn the hard way.

how true this is. I continue to have problems with a female co-worker who everyone else hates and she is trying to forge a friendship/relationship with me and makes emotional threats toward me when i won't reciprocate
she wants me to do her dirty work for her on the job(which i won't do) and because she knows i'm single and don't have kids she figures she can jockey me into the role of her househubby in the future--fat chance, the freakin b****
