Hello, over the course of the last 5 or 6 months, I have asked for a sign from God about the same thing, so maybe 50 times. How can you tell if you got your sign or if you ask 50 times and 49 times you do not get a sign, is the 50th time now just a co incidence and not a sign at all? How can you tell?

I am pretty sure that not getting a sign from god for 49 times is a sign from god that he doesn't exist.

If you get a sign, you might not realize it is a sign right away because it might not be what you thought the sign would be. It is also sometimes metaphorical or almost humorous. Or maybe you need to ask the question differently. It's hard to tell because you don't say what you are asking about, which of course is your personal business.

You have to keep trying; 50 times is not enough. If you don't get a response in seven years, try changing your modulation frequency.

There will be no sign because you're talking to yourself when you're praying. You'll have to get off your butt and figure out the problem for yourself.

It's not even ringing...because there IS no phone number to call.
