The radio preacher who predicted Judgment Day on May 21 has not backed down from his claims that the end of the world is near, despite the lack of a Rapture or world-devastating earthquakes leading up to the doomsday.
what minister who wants others to believe he's sent from God would?! it's a "preacher" like many preachers...not knowing much about God's word. or either refuse to acknowledge it. now!... i'm sure he'll say he follows Jesus teachings. yet be believes he's blessed with that kind of know. even though the SON OF GOD, showed that knod of knowledge, he doesn't have! ,(Mark 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father). i wonder what he will say when that day come and the world's still as it was the day before? geez! peace

Time to get my house in order. This guy has a prediction track record like none other.
I really believe when I get raptured I'm going right to a classy bar that has topless nuns.
Time for people to start quiting their jobs and abondoning their houses to go spread the word again........
Here is how this will play out, the guy will keep giving dates for doomsday until he inevitably arrives at his....... shouldn't be long, he is what, like 90?
The one-day rabbinic celebration of Simchat Torah (SIM-khat TOH-ruh) occurs on the 23rd day of Tishrei, which, this year, is from sundown on Thursday, October 20 to before sunset on Friday, October 21 on the civil calendar.
On Simchat Torah the annual cycle of weekly Torah (5 Books of Moses) readings, portions from the Torah are chanted during morning services each 2nd day (Monday), 5th day (Thursday) and Shabbat (Saturday), are completed as the last portion of Devarim (Hebrew for "The words", which in Greek is "Deuteronomy") is read and this is immediately followed by reading from the first chapter of Bereish*t (Hebrew for "In the beginning", which in Greek is "Genesis"), renewing the cycle, reminding all that the Torah is a circle, and never ends.
This completion of, and immediate beginning again, of readings from the Torah is a time of great celebration. There are processions around the synagogue carrying Torah scrolls, accompanied by high-spirited singing and dancing. In some communities, the celebration spills out into the streets outside the synagogue.
As many people as possible are given the honor of carrying a Torah scroll in these processions. Children often join in and follow the processions around the synagogue, carrying small toy Torahs (stuffed plush toys or paper scrolls), as well as American and Israeli flags.
It is a time of great joy and happiness, and includes the consumption of large quantities of alcoholic beverages. Children are given apples and chocolate bars.
If you really stop and think about it, the world has ended many times. If you take a person that lived 150 years ago and put them into todays world it has completely changed, therefore, the world they knew has ended.
Now if he is talking about a complete destruction of the planet, the planet has been here for 4 billion years, I think it will last a few more weeks.
Ahhhhh, it's nice to see that Sophistry is still alive and well!
So what's his excuse going to be when October 22nd comes?
Probably the same as it was in May. The hilarious part of the deal will happen when his devoted followers latch onto whatever new date he sets.
For myself, I'm afraid I can't follow any more of Camper's predictions. This business of preparing for doomsday (even though I'm Jewish and probably wouldn't be permitted in his idea of whatever's to come) every time someone sets a new date is getting to be more trouble than it's worth. I have enough to worry about what with December 21, 2012 and the end of the Mayan long-cycle calendar.
If you really stop and think about it, the world has ended many times. If you take a person that lived 150 years ago and put them into todays world it has completely changed, therefore, the world they knew has ended.
But the willful ignorance learned from ancient superstition continues without change.
Sheesh here we go again........ I wonder how many gullible people are going to continue to contribute money to this man's lunacy, he did not return any of the money that he collected the last time when his prediction didn't come true and since then he's had a stroke and I wonder how much of that money paid for his hospitalization and now he's at it again. A fool and his money are soon parted......
