Amazing article. Wow. I think you can actually influence what companies get on the "best to work for" list. Our company made it on there once and we were all in shock, because the majority of folks were sending resumes out trying to leave. We all had a good laugh over that one.
That tape should go to the cops without delay esp since its public. He needs to be charged with uttering a threat against 25 people multiple times which can easily translate outside of legal recourse within any agreement, employee whatever.. It is a serious criminal offense. I would say the assurance given and tone in the threats sound dangerous enough for a jail term. He belongs in jail period. Fear in violence was used in a common subtle way which does not lower the integrity of the suggested outcome. I'd give him at least 5 years due to his personality, which adds to the volume of intent in the warnings. Just imagine if it was one person being told, easy to see an employer cannot threaten in this way. No way. He hopefully lost his job with that tape. Representing a collective on this one would be a potencial $ dream come true, and loads of fun. What would it take to get this guy going on the witness stand...good stuff for a movie, straight jacket and all.
That's either a very indignant post or very sarcastic.
the only thing indignant is not fully recognizing criminal abuse and swaying away from the damages... due to I don't know...maybe lower regional customs understood in law and order.
