The link works but the story is gone. However I gathered from the still existing "comments" that the age for males is 18, females 19. I have said it before and I'll say it again; I would feel a whole lot better about these Mormon missionary practices if the idea were entirely to give aid and assistance to those in need rather than to make it a recruiting expedition.
