That's not what I asked you. I dealt with this on another thread - in detail. Men judge people all the time on certain basis. The question is how do we judge the basis for which we make such a judgement. Which gets back to my question to you, now answer it.
I will get to that after we establish the fact that a man is incapable of having moral authority over another man based on his opinion alone.

It doesn't matter if someone disagrees, if someone is harmed, it is wrong. Who is to decide if someone is harmed? The person being harmed. Seems pretty simple, which part is difficult for you to understand.
Just like if someone disagrees with the last four commandments. You would still consider they would be wrong, correct?
