Its happening. Soon microchips will be expanded and soon you can do your banking via the implanted microchip. This prophecy was predicted in the Bible 2000 years ago:
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

I remember back in the early '90s, my father got heavily into the religious programs on short-wave radio. back then, the mark of the beast was supposed to be the bar codes that were being printed on labels and packages of retail items; the host of one particular program implored listeners to shop at small grocery who still used price stickers to mark their merchandise. A couple of years later, the new mark of the beast was debit cards, and listeners were advised to close out their banks accounts and exclusively use cash or money orders. Later it was the new $20 bill.
Every hand in that video clip shows the chip is in the left hand, so no worries.

Yes, nobody denies the fact, only your interpretation is wrong. If in fact the video has not been reversed, then their 'Left' hand is the 'Right' as it appears to you. Or perhaps it is the 'right' hand as in the scriptural sense or maybe it is the right hand because God says so. Or perhaps the left now, the Right is only a matter of time..or maybe those with lef hand chips are the sheep and those with the right -hand chip are the goats. Or the other way around.
You see, these contradictions are easily explained if one only interprets the facts with inspiration.

In the 60's and 70's it was (specifically) the VISA card. Or your Social Security number. Or, when I was in junior high school, our school ID card. A few fundamentalist-type parents made a tremendous fuss at several school board meetings demanding they not be issued. I felt sorry for their kids who were later pulled out and put in a Christian school that barely met the state standards for graduation.
Aren't microchips less intrusive and less visible than having your number tatooed on the inside of your ear or on your belly? Of course not all of us are purebreeds so for the mutts you get neither.

You still do not even need to be able to do on line banking or have internet or a smart phone to do shopping or boarding a plane but can choose to do so if you wish. Does not sound like it fulfills the prophecy you quoted.
