When you know everything
When you own everything
When you can do anything
There is no challenge
There is no mystery
There is no humor
There is nothing to live for
Life was torture...every painful nanosecond of eternity

And so God committed suicide. Leaving us on our own.

That presupposes that a deity's mind would be constituted like ours or like a glorified version of ours.

That is an understandable presupposition however because the Biblical deity is very much the invention of humans, and primitive ones at that; that is why his needs are characterized as a craving for fawning adoration and when he doesn't get it he behaves like a primitive despot of that era.

According to the Bible however we are made in God's image. Given that, it is not much of a stretch to believe that God is us, plus immortality and omnipresence.

Maybe God is in hell. That would explain the state of this world.

Now thats a sentiment. I feel sorry for hell. Sounds like Revelation.
[9] And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
[10] And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
[11] And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
[12] And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
[13] These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
[14] These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
[15] And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the ***** sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
[16] And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the *****, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
[17] For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
[18] And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
[23] And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
[24] And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Rev.20

[1] And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
[2] And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
[3] And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

Nah, GOD has a bunch of children amusing HIM. "Should I give away my sweetness, which merrys GOD and man; and becoming your ruler?"
