In some ministries , that may all people can do , as if you start to having prophecy for the church, or laying on hand and praying for others then the ushers at the meetings could show them the door .................Still people need to open up the gifts of the Holy spirit and find a scripture for the gifts and exercises the gifts which God has given ................. God requires His Children to have the fruits of the spirit and need them to exercises them , and God also requires that all His children move to remove selfishness from their spirit , and go and help others with the gifts of the Holy spirit that God brought them in one way or the other...........................If there is no gifts of the spirit of Christ , then people must pray and receive the baptism of Holy spirit , where being born again comes alive and God expects all His children to receive this as part of being born again ..........With the baptism of Holy Spirit people will know the inner witness of Christ and power to overcome the sin of the world will be there and then to help others get save will be the plan Jesus has ......

NO ministry should be content to sit. Just step outside the four walls of the institutional church and there is so much that can be done just 30 yards down the driveway...
