The way I understand the story of Adam and Eve is that before they ate the fruit of the tree of knowledge they were naked but not ashamed of that fact. Then after they ate the fruit it somehow changed their thinking and they were suddenly ashamed of the fact that they were naked. That seems very peculiar to me and I'd like to hear some explanations as to why they should feel ashamed. Afterall, a newborn baby isn't born sporting a little suit, they're born with their birthday suit. Do babies start crying at birth because they're just so ashamed of being naked in a room full of strangers? Somehow I don't think so. Personally I would be ashamed of being naked in front of anyone because I look like a circus animal but that's a subject for another thread and I digress. Man is the only animal that wears clothes (except for those ridiculous poodles that are dressed up by their owners) so what exactly is it about being naked that should cause shame and what happened to Adam and Eve that so dramatically changed their thinking about nudity?
They had physical relations and their eyes were opened to sin. THe Fruit that Eve shared with Adam.
Procreation was not through physical contact before the fall, it was through materialization of matter through faith. The way that God creates.
Ok, except that the Bible states that God felt that Adam needed a partner and he therefore created Eve and of course they are described as being physically human in form and were male and female which strongly suggests that they had sexual organs like any other human being today. Since they are supposed to be the first human beings that ever existed how could procreation without physical contact have ever occurred since no one is supposed to have existed before they did and their actions are supposed to have caused the fall?
By the way, I'm sorry that we exchanged unpleasant posts on another topic. I still think you're an ok guy.

When God created the earth (Eden) it was heavenly, the bodies were perfect, each part of the physical body has a divine nature and divine use you might say heavenly. Adam and Eve saw through spiritual eyes, heard through spiritual ears, and yes had spiritual organs.
The scriptures speak of the ressurection, everyone is given a body according to their degree of righteousness, and holiness. These bodies are all different in glory.
In the Garden (Edenic Estate) Adam and Eve were created in the highest form.
There is no giving in marriage after the ressurection. Believe it or not Marriage actually means two becoming one, through their offspring. We now in our fallen state of sin procreate as the animals, physically, not spiritually like it was before the fall.
Adam and Eve made other children before they had children through the physical method, which caused the woman to trevail in birth or have pain.

That's typical for 'freedom'. He never actually answers a question, just attempts to deflect, obscure, and confuse. We see through it though.
Just because you don't understand what i am saying, doesn't give you license to be rude.
godspeed,
freedom
