I wasn't quite sure what this was going to be about but I see it's a matter of stealing someone else's material. I can't imagine that Jesus is going to be pleased with this theft.

I don't know if they're not supposed to but they do it every day just like everybody else. If someone engages in any activity that harms you financially you have a right to sue for damages.

True, but I think the command not to sue each other comes in the same passage where we read about turning the other cheek.
I'm sorry but churches sing that song all the time and we all know they are raking in a hefty profit off of their services! Same thing! Maybe churches should have to get copyright permissions to sing copyrighted songs.
