The sun is bigger than the earth more than 100 times in diameter and more than 10000 times in surface and more than 1000000 times in volume .

at night we do not see the sun because it is in front of the other half of the earth.

but why dont we see its light ?

we know that the sun is more than 100 times bigger then the earth ,
that means some of its light should hit the other half of earth and some of the light should go above the the earth and some of the light should go below the earth

is my philosophy right or wrong?

We only see the light from the sun when it's reflecting off of another surface. It's interesting that light will bend just slightly which I think is due to the effect of gravity. It can be observed doing this when a distant star is observed during an eclipse of the sun as it moves behind the sun and I believe it was predicted by Einstein if I remember correctly. As the star is about to be obscured by the sun it will appear for just a slightly longer period of time than it should because it's light will bend around the sun for just an instant. The same thing will happen when it becomes visible again as the sun moves past it.

Yup. The light bends, but not enough to see it from the dark half of the earth.

Actually, it's because Alllah blocks his gloriousness from the earth to remind his children of how they offended him by allowing their women to show their ankles in his presence. Therefore, he clothes the world in darkness daily as punishment to mankind for their grave sin.

The moon has an adjustable switch like many reading lamps so you can turn it all the way up for a full moon or make it darker if you want to. Of course only God has access to the switch.

Actually, we do see some of its light (the light reflected from the moon). That is why we see the moon at night.

Also, keep in mind that light in most circumstances travels in a straight line. And that the planet is really far away from the star. Some of the sun's light has dispersed by the time it reaches us (I think?).

Another reason why we see solar light on the day side of the planet, but not the night side, is because there's a lot more solar light (photons) directly hitting and being reflected off things on the sunlit side. This seems more like a science-related topic than a philosophical one.

Sometimes we are in the sunlight (daytime) and other times we are in the shadow (night). This happens as a sphere revolves around an object and spins at the same time. But, we really do get some of the light, otherwise it would be like being in a cave far underground, no light at all. Our atmosphere acts as a prism, bending light just a bit. Even on new moon nights, we do have some light.

Also, it's hard to see all that extra sunlight when you're asleep.
