I could use some insights from folks living in the Reno/Sparks area concerning housing rentals. My wife and I moved to Houston and we have had our Springland Village condo on the rental market since last September. We are using a property agent have had only had a nibble or two.

Is the market really that bad or do I need a new agent?

Thanks so much for any thoughts.

you need a new agent. Right now its a LANDLORDS market and more people are renting in NV than buying, since somany people lost their homes, jobs or downsizing? Few people I know have had to ask agents not to be so strict with Fico Scores an look more at what there income was since so many people have been hit hard financially and also Forclose and short sales are brining down their FICO. Also you may what to see what others are renting units that are in your complex an area. Yours maybe too high.
