The dollar amount it cost you may be small, but what they're doing could easily amount to a very large sum of money in particular if they have been doing this for a long time. It could be a simple error, however their accounting people should have caught this in short order. And quite frankly I find your reluctance to tell us the retailers name very odd, however thanks for offering to follow up.
