Hi, our last child is leaving for college and my husband and I are in the beginning stages of looking to relocate to the Reno/Sparks area to be closer to grandkids. Any suggestions on quiet established neighborhoods? I lived in Reno 30 years ago but alot has changed since then!!!! We did have an opportunity to visit the Somersett community, however, feel it is not right for us. Any input is appreciated.

what wasn't right about Somersett?? too expensive? that would be my only guess. I think South Meadows/Damonte Ranch areas are nice. so is the northwest. The old SW I think is a quiet established place where people that have lived for a long time still live. will it really matter where you end up if you are close to your grandkids?
