One tenant called today mentioned the door knob for the glass door to patio is broken and said it's in bad situation and broken now.

though when she moved in, it is good and in full working condition.. should landlord pay for this or i should let her pay this?

how about laundry door, when she moved in, it was good. and last time it came off, i paid 35usd to get it fixed.

That's not normal wear and tear if to comes loose all the time. If it was repaired right it would stay in place so please don't think I'm saying you are causing to to come loose. Whoever is repairing it is causing this to happen.
