I have had some medial issues since I moved into my apartment. I am not the only person. I have a rash on my arm and some Nerve problems. The old manager stated watch the water. So I am concerned because there is a odor in the water also.

Maybe you should seek medical advice. EPA requires that public water supplies are tested monthly and if you're in a large complex the rules may well apply there. Check with your local Health Department. If the building is included for testing then any bacterial presence outside normal limits requires immediate notification to all users along with posted signs until the problem is fixed. But obviously you need to seek medical attention whether this is the case or not. Good luck.

They're not renewing leases? That means you'll have to move anyway. Maybe they're planning to turn the building into condos?

Well, you could call the health department and let them know of your concerns and ask them to test the water.

But, it's not hard to live with bottled water. Where I just moved from in Santa Clara, the water is safe, but tastes god-awful. So, I only cooked with and drank bottled water. Even rice would taste awful if made with the tap water.

Anyway, if you're concerned about your health, due to the water, call the health department.
