At 0300 it doesn't matter if the noise you're hearing is from sex, or fighting, or music, or tv or what the hell have you...it's a noise violation for most leases and most city noise laws as well and should be handled by the police and the landlord as such.

LOL @ this thread.

I had a similar thing happen at a rather nice resort once. I finally went next door and knocked on the door and hollered at them asking if they wanted a "third!" Dead quiet! LOL
