What is the best free websites to advertise your RENTAL (tenants, credit)

I know postlets.com that advertises your rental post to several other websites like Zillow.com, Trulia.com, HotPads.com and Craigslist.......etc.

Does someone know any other good working places to post your rental with high success?

This is a LOCAL question.
Well, unless you really expect to find someone from 1000 miles away for a tenant

In some markets Craigs is still the best choice.
In most markets it's still in the top 5 and/or will duplicate what is in all the others.

In most markets though there is usually some old school approach that is BEST.
Maybe a community newspaper or similar.

Been there more than a few times.
Never stopped for longer than fuel and lunch though.

No idea who to direct you to specifically ...but I'd START with the bigger
businesses and such who are most likely to have reliable employees.
Start with the ones within walking distance of the house.

I've used Postlets with great success. At least as response to the ad. Most of the responses/contact were coming through Trulia site. As for the potential tenants mixed results. Poor fair and great credit mix. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I could of had the place rented in one day if I needed a body to start paying, but I waited for the right tenants
