You are lucky you had renters insurance but they are being very generous already by providing you with a temporary place to stay while it is being fixed. They don't owe you anything at all as the unit is still livable while work is being done, which is what you would have to do if you didn't have insurance. Keep paying your rent and they will put you back in the apartment in no time.
