No I don't have any other place to go. I mean yet at least . I can find something . I paid July because theirs only goes to the 3rd before they charge $100 and I didn't want that plus a daily fee thereafter .So I am current. I am working on either paying Augusts now or using that as a deposit on something , Since I last spoke to every one , I am not sure exactly what is up but the office has been continually closed . Holidays maybe ?? IDK. I was able to let myself into the tanning bed from the back but not into the office area as well. It has that be back clock on it but they have yet to return . So I have absolutely nothing new .

What I am fearful for is if I do move the new place will call here . Then bam . THAT is the main reason I havent left . I am even willing to pay the rent owed out on time but no one will rent to anyone owing these days, no matter the excuse . I do not want to but may have to tough this out to Nov. Using any means available.

Poster Kat knows probably what I mean about the managers being randomly unavailable in this neighborhood . Once they actually got scared and left , lol it IS rugged here alright . It's been an adventure . In what I am not sure .

I do know what you mean. It's not like the office is open when you need them. However, I think you should move to another apartment before you get the negative from this apartment. Asking to be moved to another of their properties might just be the same obtuse management!

There are some great houses and apartments just north of you that your child could still go to the same HS. My oldest (at home) is at Kamiak (a great school) but the next in line is just entering. I think they could aid in her/his transition. I am all for staying in a school district but we did recently move from Lake Stevens School District and it was hard on all the kids.

They become familiar with the area whether they like it or not.

If you need more advice... Disclaimer: I am not a RE agent but active member of my community. Please DM me.

Edit: Active meaning I started a NextDoor.com neighborhood for us and we are seeing such positive things from it. Join Next door in your area and post to all neighbors about how great a tenant you are. I bet you will get plenty of offers!

I have never heard of that but will be glad to sign up or whatever I have to do . She will be going into her first year alright but we are in this tiny pocket of ghetto Casino that will go to Mariner . You are right everyone around us WILL go to Kamiak , even the kids from her middle school ( Explorer ) . she is our very last just turning 14 , she was a late in lifer. Most of our kids range in age from 22 to 32. They all have their own lives careers families , whatever .. gone .
