I apologize ahead of time if this is going to be really long, but I want to make sure I include everything. To sum it up, I have a spoiled rotten brat living above me; I'm on the bottom floor, she's on the second floor and then there are people living on the third and fourth floor. This girl is an absolute nightmare. For one, she loves to stomp all day every day and from the sounds of her stomping, you'd think a 300 pound lumberjack in steel toed boots lived up there, her stomping literally makes my walls and ceiling vibrate--not to mention she also loves to randomly throw things down that sound like bowling balls periodically.

That's not the thing I'm complaining most about, though. This girl brags about how rich she is because her parents pay for her rent, her car, designer goods, etc and how she doesn't have to work (which I definitely believe because she never seems to leave her apartment). If you have any kind of a problem with her, she phones the office and tells them how her father, a supposed attorney, will sue them

Any time I do anything, she stomps wildly. Hang a picture up? Stomp stomp stomp. My dog barks? Stomp stomp stomp. She's left notes on my door twice, one saying "My parents are visiting for the weekend, you need to shut your f*cking dog up. We pay a lot of money to live here and expect peace and quiet!" and the other one said something about how I need to clean up my porch because 'it looks bad' rofl. I showed the office manager both the notes and she supposedly called the neighbor and told her to never put a note on my door again. I've never gotten a note since. Also notice the hypocrisy, when a girl that sounds like a mariachi band in her apartment expects 'peace and quiet'.

The harassment hasn't stopped. The other night, during the middle of the night I'd say around 2:45-3:00 am, she awoke me stomping wildly. I had to be up for work in a few hours and couldn't find earplugs, so I just took one of my dogs tennis balls and chucked it at the ceiling a few times until she stopped. When I came home from work later the next day, my trash can (that had been sitting out front for valet trash) had been kicked over with trash EVERYWHERE and the wreath on the front of my door had literally been cut up. The bow that was hanging down from the wreath and that tied it to the door had been snipped off with scissors. While I wasn't home and can't 100% prove that it was her, I have zero issues with anyone but her, and her not working allows her to be home all day long with a lot of time on her hands.

I have no idea what to do with this chick anymore. She harassed the neighbors on the 3rd floor so much (hitting their ceiling with a broom all day, calling the police on them, calling the office because of their noise) that they broke their lease and moved--I don't want to move. I love my apartment, it's close to work, it's a great size and besides her, I'm very happy here. The office knows how bad she is and they've apparently given her several notices about her behavior, but nothing has changed. Is there anything else I can do?

See your previous post on the exact same neighbor/issue for suggestions. Did you follow any of the previous advice?

My upstairs neighbor is driving me to insanity

If she causes that much trouble her lease won't be renewed, so all you have to do is to wait it out.
