I am looking for a Guest House to rent. Tarrant County. I have good rental history and am a responsible and considerate tenant. I currently have 1000sf, 1bedroom, 1 bath, utility bills paid, washer & dryer supplied, 2 car carport and my kitten. I will be needing to move in August.
If anyone knows of something that sounds close to what I have now please let me know.
Talk to a local realtor who deals with rental properties. They may also know of SFHs with guest houses that might be available to rent to the right person.
