Thought it might be nice to hear of some of the different 55+ communities in different parts of the country. I will list a few and hopefully more will follow.

Trilogy By Shea Homes. Vistancia, N. Peoria. AZ. Prices start in the mid $200s

Trilogy By Shea Homes. Power Ranch, Gillbert AZ. Prices mid $200 with only 5 homes left.

Trilogy By Shea Homes. Encantera, Queen Creek. Coming soon, very upscale!

Del Webb homes has many new developments popping up all over AZ. The one in Buckeye has prices starting in the mid to high $100's.

Del Web (fully owned by Pulte) is popping up all over. Indianapolis has one where they just opened the community center. Prices seem around $250,000 and higher. I was not impressed with the models. Nice windows and decoration but high priced to pay for the profit and the community building. Plus located in the middle of nowhere (their biggest downfall).
