Never stand when you can sit down.
Never sit down when you can lay down.
Never miss the opportunity to pee.
Never trust a fart.

Feel free to add some sage advice.

If you must fart, do it outside in a noisy location.

LOL. I saw this on a birthday card over a decade ago, and didn't "get it".

Now I do.

How about: do your physical bucket-list items EARLY. While you still can.

Never take the escalator or the elevator when there are stairs conveniently nearby.
Do not live in a one-story dwelling. Doing stairs multiple times a day is good for us.
Walk instead of drive unless your errand is more than a mile away.
Do yoga or a weighted work-out at least twice a week. (Both is better).
Do not become socially isolated; face to face contact with other humans is good for us.
Keep your mind active as well as your body.

Treat your body well when you are young so that it will treat you well when you are old!

I was at a church thing today and someone asked me if I was Barbara's mother. I said NO>

What I really wanted to say was - I'm not OLD enough to have kids - what is wrong you??

Great advice here! Find joy in your life. Even if it's a bird feeder or a pet cat, or crochet blankets for orphans... Joy is there if you recognize it.
