Guy over 60 here, seems like all clothes are geared towards men in their 20s & 30s. Are there stores that cater more towards us older guys?

For those who live in the north, L.L. Bean. Nice, classic clothing and usually well made, but watch out for the Made in China junk. They even have pants with hidden elastic waist for those who need that. Nice shoes and boots. Sweaters, pajamas.

Kuhl, the North Face, Mountain Hardware, Patagonia, Under Armour, Columbia and LL Bean, in that order.

Dress according to your activities, thinking and lifestyle not according to your age.

What would old persons clothing look like anyway?

Lots of new cotton golf shirts. Always in style.
Seniors pay half price on Mondays at my local store.

Is it style or sizing for which you want a better match?

Clothing in general is being “upsized” to accommodate, errr, continuously growing (outward, not upward) people of both genders. So sizing should not be difficult, unless you are slimmer than the average 60+ guy.

Style, OTOH...yikes. The stuff for young guys is emblazoned with sports logos and other aesthetic encumbrances.

My husband's retirement wardrobe is fairly simple. He wears Wrangler jeans we buy at Walmart. He also wears those western style snap button shirts at Walmart.

Walmart sells Wranglers? Last ad I saw for Wranglers had them priced at about $75 per pair of basic HD cowboy blue jeans.

I shop the major regional department stores and the local high-end menswear shop for new clothes. We are also fortunate to have a local resell store that gets in very nice mens clothing in all styles. L. L. Bean oxford cloth shirts are incredibly durable. Allen Edmonds shoes are available in many styles that older men should be comfortable with, and can be rebuilt multiple times either at the factory or by skilled local shoe shops, which will somewhat offset their seemingly high cost. And don't overlook Costco's Kirkland brand men's dress shirts for affordable quality.
