I used to listen to them all the time. My favorites were “Fortunate Son” and “I heard it through the grapevine”. Long version of course.

"I Heard It Through the Grapevine" is a compelling 11:07 on my iTunes. CCR did this song justice! The bass line is stellar!!!

My brother was a Cobra pilot in Vietnam, so this really makes me think of that time in his life and what he might have gone through

I looked at this title of the thread for a few days and finally decided to see what CCR was as I had no idea.

We saw John Fogerty perform a year or so ago in Vegas. It was an amazing show and he still had a lot of energy. He's older than me but he jumped and ran around that stage like he was much younger. If you get the chance to go see him, take it, it's worth it!
