Prudential Retirement site down (accident, problem, funds)

Has anyone else discovered that the site has been down since Friday? When I logged in Friday morning, one of my funds had been "accidently" wiped out. We called and customer service said they were aware of the problem and immediately afterwards, the site was "down for regularly scheduled maintenance". As of today, Tuesday morning (4.28.20) it is still "down".

Does this happen often? I sometimes worry about the sites being hijacked.....

The site probably got overwhelmed. Many people at home now, trying to catch up on things they have been meaning to do for a long time. Most websites are seeing more volume than normal. Give the nerds a chance to fix it m
