Housing needed in Bristol RI (Portsmouth: apartment complexes, houses, moving to)

A colleague is moving to Bristol RI and is seeking accessible housing (wheelchair user). Does anyone know of any apartments or houses that would accommodate his needs?

Bristol is going to be really tough since the housing supply is old and mostly multi-story although there might be some apartment complexes on Metacom Ave that have elevators- maybe call a local realtor? I notice that Portsmouth (just over the bridge from Bristol) has Bay view Estates at 2121 West Main Road Portsmouth, RI 02871 which is an elevator building. Rents look reasonable for the area.
